This sunny, bright apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for your holiday.
Spacious lounge with modern leather suites and dining area with glass table. Double doors leading onto a covered sunny terrace. The master bedroom also has doors to the terrace and has a full bathroom en-suite. Two further twin bedded rooms sharing a shower room. Fans have been fitted in every bedroom for your comfort.
Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and separate utility area with washing machine. There is a television with English programmes and video player. A music centre is also available.

About Javea, Costa Blanca
Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a walk through the narrow streets of the old town will bring you to the fish market.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals is big business with many offering cheaper rates during winter months.
Javea is a town steeped in history and some of the museums in the town have traces of artefacts dating back to Roman times, and some of the buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed.
Owner's Tips...
Javea is the Jewel of the Costa Blanca with its lovely sandy beach, Spanish old town, fishing port it has lots to offer the holiday maker. Enjoy the local Fiestas, taste the local wines and Tapas.
Go further afield the the picturesque Jalon Valley to the markets, taste the wine and enjoy a fabulous lunch.
For the more energetic go off to Terra Mitica for all age groups, and Aqualandia water park. Visit the historic town of Valencia. The to do list is endless!
