About the property
Villa Viñedo is a luxury 4 bedroomed, air-conditioned holiday villa at Vizcaronda near Duquesa Port. It has a large living/dining room with 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the terrace and gardens. From here there are wonderful views over the vineyards to the sea in one direction and the mountains of Casares in the other.
The lounge has an open fireplace, half beamed ceiling and satellite TV. The separate dining area has a stylish glass and wood-dining suite.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with solid wood units, a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. There is a separate utility room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa has four bedrooms in all, 3 twins and 1 double. The double bedroom is located on the second floor and has access to a balcony and large roof terrace. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 of them have their own balconies. One of the bedrooms has a full en-suite bathroom in addition to which there are 2 fully tiled shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin.
The fittings and furnishings are of a very high standard making the villa a first class holiday home.
Outside the villa is a large tiled patio area and a small garden laid to grass. It is in a very good location being the last property before open fields. On the modern development of Vizcaronda you have a choice of 3 beautiful swimming pools, the nearest being just a few steps away. The area around the pool is grassed and sun beds are provided. There are also 2 tennis courts and plenty of parking in addition to which the villa has its own integral garage.

About La Duquesa, Costa del Sol
La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.
Owner's Tips...
The nearest shops are a just a couple of minutes away by car, and further down the hill, less than 5 minutes away, you have the thriving Duqusea Port. This is a very attractive marina with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely beach here.
The first class Duquesa golf course is right on your doorstep and there are many other excellent golf courses all within easy access.
This western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer the visitor. The nearest town is Sabinillas which has undergone much improvement in recent years and is now a very attractive and bustling town with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc. and a lovely promenade all along the sea front. It also hosts a very popular Sunday Boot Market.
The attractive town of Estepona is about 10 minutes away by car and in the other direction it is around 25 minutes to Gibraltar. You also have just a short drive up into the hills of Andalucia where you can explore the many attractive "pueblos blancos" such as Casares, Gaucin, Jimena etc.
