About the property

Casa Heyoan is a spacious villa of contemporary design with stunning views from its very private hillside position over the Jalon Valley.

The ground floor consists of a very large open plan living area with spacious sitting, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has double doors which open on to a covered terrace and a few steps beyond this is the swimming pool. A staircase from the lounge area of the ground floor leads to a wraparound balcony from which all bedrooms and the family bathroom are accessed. There is a large master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite shower room and private walled terrace, double bedroom (standard double bed), and a twin bedded room (ample room for a 3rd single bed). The property has air-conditioning and satellite TV including UK tv channels BBC, ITV, C4, C5.

Outside the villa has a wraparound, balconied and partially covered, terrace running the whole length of the property around to the pool with access from the living area and kitchen.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, air-conditioning, spacious private walled terrace with room for sunloungers, en-suite shower room with wc. Bedroom 2 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning. Main family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash basin, wc. Shower room en-suite to bedroom 1 with shower, wash basin, wc. Both rooms are very spacious. High quality towels/linen are included and changed weekly.

Luxury fitted kitchen with built-in cooker, hob and eye-level microwave plus large fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Double doors open directly to the pool terrace.

Open plan lounge and dining area with high vaulted ceilings furnished with log burner, 2 sofas, Satellite TV showing UK TV channels, DVD player, hi fi, dining table/chairs to seat 6. Staircase leading to upper floor gallery and bedrooms. Air-conditioning.

The villa is built on a steep hillside with no properties above to overlook the gardens. The driveway, pool terrace area and surrounding gardens are flat and are balconied, walled and gated so are safe for children. The swimming pool is large, 10 metre by 5 metre with roman steps and is a few steps from the villa. There are 6 sunloungers, large parasol, outside dining table and chairs for 6 persons, BBQ and poolside shower room with wc.

The property is gated and balconied in the outdoor areas where there are steep drops so consequently safe for children.

You will be met on arrival and shown around the property. Villa folder with local information is provided. Cot and highchair available upon request.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 7 people sharing.

Rental includes a full clean before your arrival and linen/towels. For bookings of 2 weeks, we provide a linen and towel change after 1 week. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

Refundable security damages deposit of £150 is payable in addition to the rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of departure once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.

25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.

We can accept payment by credit card.

Owner's Tips...

Casa Heyoan is located approximately 3 kilometres from Lliber village and 4 kilometres from Jalon town. It is accessed via a steep and uneven lane which leads to 4 houses only, has no passing traffic and is therefore totally private.

We recommend 4 wheel drive for this property as the access road is very steep and in one area, quite rutted. Access to the property will require you to reverse up the villa driveway for approximately 25 metres. A real gem of a hideaway!

Lliber village has the usual small village shops plus a couple of bars and restaurants. Jalon town is 3km distant and has a wide range of amenities, including larger shops, internet cafes, restaurants and bars, wineries and popular Saturday rastro antiques/flea market. The dozens of rustic restaurants of the Jalon Valley are within a 10 minute drive radius and the resorts and beaches of Calpe, Moraira and Javea are 20 minutes drive.
