Vista Aitana is a modern 2 storey house, built in the traditional style of a Spanish townhouse.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, superb fitted kitchen, open plan living room and dining area which opens on to a covered terrace and a small garden. The property's master bedroom with king size bed, twin bedded room and a large single bed settee suitable for a child offers accommodation comfortably for 5 persons. Vista Aitana has air conditioning (hot and cold air) and benefits from a satellite digital TV network offering 20 channels including BBC, ITV, C4, C5 and a selection of Sky channels including Movies and Sports.
Vista Aitana is situated in a small development on the hillside above Jalon town with stunning views over the Jalon Valley to the mountains. The property is at the end of a group of similar houses built in pretty landscaped gardens surrounding a large swimming pool which is for the private use of residents (17 properties). The area is rural and the development is established and of a high quality. The property is in the heart of the Jalon Valley - a scenic area of mountains, valleys and vineyards in an area approximately 20 minutes drive behind the coastal resorts at Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe.
Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, side tables, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, air-conditioning. Glazed door opens on to a south-facing terrace with fabulous views over the Jalon Valley, bistro-style metal table and 2 chairs. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, side table, fitted double wardrobe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning. A large single bed settee in the lounge can sleep an additional person and we think this is suitable for a child. Upper floor bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet, wc, hand basin. Downstairs cloakroom with wc and handbasin.
Well-equipped kitchen with fitted units and marble worktops with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, large fridge with freezer above, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Lounge dining room with stairs to the upper floor and double patio doors leading to the covered terrace and garden. There is a 3-seater settee, 2 chairs, and a dining table and chairs seating 6 persons. Satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi unit, air-conditioning.
The magnificent swimming pool is 16 metres by 6 metres and incorporates a separate 6 metre square childrens shallow pool. The pool also has underwater lighting. The pool is located approximately 20 metres from Vista Aitana´s door. Vista Aitana has a covered dining terrace overlooking the garden which is gravelled and planted with small fruit trees. There is an outside dining table and chairs for 6, sunloungers, parasol and BBQ for guest use.
A parking space is available for guests on the road right next to Vista Aitana and is accessible by a pathway from the property. The property has a security alarm for your peace of mind.
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. You will be greeted on arrival and shown around the property.

Rental includes a full clean before your arrival and linen/towels. For bookings of 2 weeks, a linen and towel change is provided after 1 week.
The villa´s housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around the property. A welcome pack is not provided, however, if you are arriving outside of normal supermarket hours (ie late night or Sunday), the housekeeper will shop for essential items for your arrival on your behalf.
Refundable security damages deposit of £150 is payable in addition to the rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of departure once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
We can accept payment by credit card.

Nearest shops (including excellent large supermarket), banks, internet cafes, in Jalon town, 3 minutes by car. Nearest bars and restaurants in Jalon town, 3 minutes by car. Large choice of country restaurants within the Jalon Valley villages, 10 minute drive radius. Wine tasting bodegas and local Rastro Saturday fleamarket in Jalon town. Car hire is recommended to fully explore this lovely area.
