Delightful two bedroom apartment in secure gated resort with direct access to the sandy beach of Vera Playa.

The apartment comprises entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The kitchen communicates with a large sunny lounge with sliding patio doors leading onto the terracotta tiled terrace and private fenced garden laid to grass with views to the large communal pool and landscaped gardens.

There are two ample double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have ample storage space and there is a cot facility available. The bathroom is fitted with full sized bath as well as a shower and bidet.

The apartment is fully furnished and benefits from the installation of a hot and cool air conditioning system. There is also a television and DVD.

The property is set within a private urbanisation with over two hectares of landscaped gardens, carefully manicured throughout the year and five swimming pools to choose from. There is a private covered parking bay with the apartment.

Owner's Tips...

Within a short walk are a variety of beach bars, restaurants and a large supermarket as well as a diverse range of activities to be enjoyed. There are tennis and paddle courts for the use of the clients, the water-slide park as well as a number of water sports and four golf courses within a few kilometres. Within the resort there is a park for children and football and basketball pitches.
