The apartment is located at Monte Cala, which is the highest point of Cumbre del Sol. It has two bedrooms, one double, one twin, lounge/dining room with a large sprung frame sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious sun terrace with attractive unobscured views.
Monte Cala is a complex of terraced apartments that has two award-winning cascading communal swimming pools. Within the pool area is a Mediterranean style restaurant and bar. The swimming pool area is private and only available to the residents of Cumbre del Sol.
TV, DVD player, CD player are supplied in the living room plus there's dining seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, iron, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Air-conditioning, hairdryer and linen and towels provided except beach towels.
Balcony/terrace with a table and four chairs and charcoal BBQ.

An exclusive location with beautiful coastline and great facilities including shopping, sports, a castle and great restaurants. Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.
Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.
There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.
The local area of Cumbre del Sol offers all the amenities, within walking distance, you could want for your perfect holiday including excellent restaurants, bars, an international supermarket, bakery and a bank. There is also a very private beach with a bar and car parking. Cumbre Del Sol, the "Mountain of Sun", is perfectly situated for access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 3 kilometres from the "jewels" of Moraira and Javea and a short drive from the cosmopolitan towns of Calpe and Denia.
The sea and panoramic views from Cumbre Del Sol are breathtaking and on most days you can see the Balearic Islands across the water. Cumbre Del Sol Beach, a 1.5 kilometre drive down a picturesque craggy road, is a lovely sandy beach complete with bar and glorious views. The area has the best climate of Continental Europe, is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest in the world and is ideal for all year visiting. In Cumbre Del Sol there is a horse riding centre and tennis courts. The adjoining village of Benitachell, 5 minutes away, is a quaint Spanish village with an imposing central church and is renowned for all the many fiesta held throughout the year. Moraira, 10 minutes away, is a small yet busy town with many shops, restaurants and bars, surrounded by whitewashed villas nestling on the tree-covered hillsides. It has a picturesque marina and a coastline offering both sandy beaches and rocky.
