About the property

3 bedrooms, hexaganol pool and superb feature gardens with views to the mountains.

3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Bathroom with bath and shower. All linen and towels included except beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, built in oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Lounge with TV and double sofa bed. Dining room area with seating for 8.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

1 June - 14 July	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
15 July - 5 September	£425 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 September	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

About Camposol resort

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar, 15 mins walk. Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hairdressers, 15 mins walk. Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Thermal and tropical pool at the golf hotel (fed by natural springs 500 metres due to open in the future). Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Murica and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.
