About the property

This beautiful 2 bedroom,white washed Spanish villa, end of terrace with private pool.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and sleeps 6 persons, is ideal for a family holiday. There is 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a double sofa bed in lounge. Satellite TV is provided for your entertainment.

Outside there is a private pool, 6 x 3m plus 4 sun loungers and 2 occassional tables and 8 chairs.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

18 hole golf course and driving range, bar and restaurant (within 10 mins walk)

Hotel, bar, restaurants, health spa, cafe and hair dressers - 10 mins walk.

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge).

Shops, supermarket selling fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers, bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 12 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall. Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Murcia and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines. Transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
