New end town house situated in Lo Pagan, San Pedro Del Pinatar on the beautiful Mar Menor.

Fully furnished and extensively equipped, the house has views across the mearby salt lakes and nature reserve.

Comprising of two bedrooms with a balcony from the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps, suitcase storage and air-conditioning. There are two bathrooms.

Fully fitted kitchen, private rooftop solarium, spacious lounge with a sofa bed, large patio front and car parking area.

There is a communal swimming pool yards away for the exclusive use of owners and clients. The house is situated close to many golf courses is Costa Calida, Costa Blanca areas and the presitigeous La Manga golf resort and is an ideal base for a golfing holiday.

Restaurants, bars, shops and the many beaches of the Mar Menor a just a few minutes walk away.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation with the balance payable six weeks before the rental period. Cancellation of a reservation more than six weeks before rental period will result in 50% of deposit being returned. Cancellation of a reservation within six weeks of rental period will result in no deposit being returned.

In addition, a damage/loss deposit of £100 is charged at reservation but this is returned within seven days of departure from the property following a satisfactory report from the keyholders.

Owner's Tips...

Lo Pagan offers nightclubs and bars as well as watersports, fishing trips and glorious beaches.

Located at the northern end of the Mar Menor, with it's agricultural and fishing character, there is a busy tourist activity in the summer months. The local theraputic mud baths are a particular favorite as they are said to heal skin complaints and rheumatism. There is a nature reserve located on the salt lakes. This area is seen of prime ecological importance, is home to over one hundred species of bird and is used by migratory flamingoes on the journey to Africa.

The local area is very flat and lends itself to cycling with dedicated cycle lanes commonplace. Golf is a major attraction to this area with numerous golf courses a short drive away.

There are local markets close by with San Pedro on Mondays and Lo Pagan on Thursdays. There is also a childrens paly area two minutes walk from the house.
