About the property

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, on a large plot, with superb pool, is fantastically located on the B Sector of Camposol Golf, where you can walk to all the restaurants and shops all within 10/15 mins walk. An enclosed front sun terrace, as well as beautiful furniture are just some of the nice features.

Double bedroom on lower level, twin bedroom on the lower level. Further double bedroom on the top level, with super king size bed, and patio doors leading out to a private roof terrace, and en-suite bathroom. 2 further bathrooms (lower level) and a further shower room. Fully furnished for 6/8 persons.

Double sofa bed in the sun room. Dining area with seating for 6.

Large private pool 11 x 6m, garden furniture with 4 sun loungers, occassional table and 4 chairs.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

6 - 30 September	£550 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
April, May and October	£450 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A rerundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all person travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

About Camposol golf resort
18 hole golf course and driving range, International golf hotel (due to open in the near future) and golf club. Fantastic views, flamenco evenings, dancing and dinners at golf club. Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge).

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Thermal and tropical pool at the golf hotel (fed by natural springs 500 metres due to open in the future). Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.

Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Murcia and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
