About the property

Villa Frangipani enjoys a hillside location at Cumbre del Sol near Benitachell. With panoramic sea views and a private swimming pool, it is the ideal villa for a perfect family holiday.

Entry to the villa is via a short path with 14 steps leading down from the road. To the right of the entrance hall is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Inside the bedroom there is a king size bed with bedside tables and built in wardrobes (all bedrooms are provided with English pillows). French doors open from the bedroom directly onto the terrace and pool area.

To the left of the hallway is the open plan lounge and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table which comfortably seats six.

The air conditioned lounge enjoys stunning views and is elegantly furnished with a large L shaped sofa, armchair, 26" flat screen TV, Sky family package, DVD / CD player and Playstation 2 (some Playstation games, DVDs and CDs are provided - please feel free to bring your own). A selection of books and board games are also supplied and radio is also available via Sky.

Leading off from the dining area thru an archway is the American style kitchen which is equipped with a oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. A washing machine is located in the service cupboard in the entrance hall along with an iron and ironing board.

Access to bedrooms 2 and 3 is through an archway from the dining room. The rooms are elegantly furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobes. These bedrooms have shared access to the shower room. All bedrooms and the dining area and lounge enjoy air conditioning / heating, the use of which is included in the price.

French doors lead from the dining area into the naya (covered terrace) - it has a circular table and 6 chairs making it perfect for al-fresco dining. The naya arches lead out to the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a parasol - the surrounding balustrades incorporate lighting allowing this area to be used in the evenings. From the terrace roman steps lead into the kidney shaped swimming pool which is 8m x 4m and has underwater lighting and poolside shower.

A free welcome pack is provided on your arrival and we carry out full end of stay cleaning along with weekly cleaning if villa rental is for longer than one week. A baby's cot, high chair and night light are also available if required at no extra charge.

About Benitachell, Costa Blanca

Situated some 15 minutes from Moraira and Javea, Benitachell offers a fantastic location. Visitors staying around this part of the Costa Blanca can benefit greatly from the attractions and activities closeby. Golf fans are well catered for as the local course is in the area, however a car is recommended so you can explore the delights of Northern Costa Blanca.

Owner's Tips...

The nearest towns are Benitachell, Javea and Moraira – all approximately ten minutes drive away.

Benitachell is a mainly agricultural village with narrow streets and good local bars and restaurants.

Moraira has a sandy beaches, a picturesque marina, waterfront bars and a large selection of top quality restaurants. It has a weekly market on Fridays selling a variety of produce and a nightly craft market in the summer months.

Javea is a busy resort with many bars and restaurants and excellent 'family friendly' sandy beaches

Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia Theme Parks and Mundomar Marine Animal Park are all approx. 1/2 hours drive away.
