Rosa Vickery is a lovely two bedroom villa with large private pool and roof top solarium.

Living room containing a double sofa bed, TV and DVD and Nintendo console and games and CD player. Dining room with seating for 4. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge. Floor fans in all rooms.

Fully furnished to a high standard (including linen). Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The villa sleeps up to 6 persons. One bedroom has a double bed, another has 2 single beds. One bathroom with bath and with shower.

Terraces and garden furniture, private pool.

20 minutes walk to the spa hotel and club house.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with balance due 10 weeks before departure. A £150 refundable security deposit is also due.

Passport details of all travelling members will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

18 hole golf course and driving range with restaurant and bar (20 mins walk)

Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hairdressers - 20 mins walk.

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge and seasonal).

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Murcia and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.

Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.
