About the property

Villa Rosa, is a lovely spacious two bedroom villa built on 3 levels. The pool area is ground level, living area up a level, and a large roof top terrace is up a further level.

Living room with TV & CD player, video player, DVD player and 2 double sofa beds. Dining room with seating for 6. Air-conditioning in the lounge, as well as a portable unit which can be moved around. There are also a few toys at this villa for our younger guests.

Fully furnished to a high standard, including linen. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

One bedroom has a double bed, another with 2 single beds. Bath & shower, a further shower room.

Large terrace with garden furniture over looking the private pool. Roof top solarium, BBQ and 2 sun loungers.

20 minutes walk to the club house and hotel

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

18 hole golf course and driving range, with restaurant and bar.

Hotel with bar, restuarant, cafe, health spa and hair dressers.

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Murcia and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.
