Tastefully decorated, the end terrace townhouse is part of a gated complex with landscaped gardens, 2 swimming pools and a children's pool. It is conviniently situated adjacent to the quieter of the 2 pools.
It is fully air-conditioned, boasting private parking, entrance hall, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area leading to a large patio with open views and the afternoon and evening sun.
4 bedrooms in all.The first floor has 3 bedrooms. The king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and a private terrace for watching the sun set. A double with a pretty Juliette balcony. A twin bed room with a single bed that has a full height bed which pulls conviniently from underneath. All with built in wardrobes. The second floor has a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and cupboards.
Patio doors lead off this landing onto the roof-top patio which is perfect for a secluded breakfast in the morning sun and private sun-bathing until early afternoon. It is certainly a house for all seasons. We have been there for all of them now and have never lacked the chance to sit out under the Andalucian sunshine. 300 days of sunshine every year is not just an idle boast!

No charge for children under 3 years old. Travel cot, high chair, stairgates, sterilizer, food processor, potty, step,bath-toys etc all readily available from the owner at time of booking.
Late bookings are welcome. Discount also available for bookings of 2,3 or 4 weeks accordingly. For 4 nights or less a surcharge of £65 is applicable to cover cleaning and laundry.
A £100 deposit is requested against damage,or loss of gate fobs and house keys. Refundable on inspection by the house-keeper.
La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.
Ideal for families and golfers alike, with over 300 days of sunshine a year. The port of La Duquesa boasts a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants and a charming marina with both pleasure and local fishing boats. It’s a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Casares, Estepona and Ronda are closeby. From Tarifa you can take a ferry to North Africa! Selwo Safari Park , a Water Park and children's play areas are a short drive away.Loads more in the house folder.
The area is excellent for sports enthusiasts, with golf, horse riding and sailing all close at hand, especially golf. 5minutes to the golf course of La Duquesa.
Our area is called the Costa del Golf, there are details on 43 courses, in our the house information book. Many are within a 30 minute drive. Duquesa golf course club house is 5 minutes away.The 4th tee can be seen past the houses opposite the house.
We also include information on places of interest for children and adults alike. There are a stock of books, games(including a poker table,by arrangement only) CDs and DVDs in the house. A new supermarket has opened 5 mins drive away. We buy our fresh bread every morning,from the local, unspoilt village Casillo.
There are endless beaches to choose from,to cater for all tastes;tranquil amongst the locals fishing boats, to watersports on the Blue flag beach at Sabinillas next to the port of Duquesa. Look at the 'Manilva Life' web-site to look for special events and especially Fiestas.
