About the property

Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The property features 2 double en-suite bedrooms. All linen and towels included except beach towels.

Fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months. Lounge with seating for 4, satellite TV and DVD player. Dining with seating for 4.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All cutlery and cooking utensils provided.

Parking is available. A few minutes walk to the communal pool and restaurants.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

15 July - 5 September	£475 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 September	£425 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
April, May and October	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A £150 refundable security deposit is also required.

About La Torre resort

The prestige La Torre 5* resort hosts some of the best facilities around. Super quality restaurants, dine al la carte, to modern designed bars in the middle of the lake(due to open in the near future). The resort has villas and apartments built around many lakes and communal pools, and the Jack Nicklaus golf courses.

La Torre is just 15 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. Flights are to Murcia, 20 minutes (22km) or Alicante 60 minutes (100km).
