About Villa Fara
Villa Fara is a stunning Polaris World El Valle resort 3 bedroom villa. Very spacious, private pool with views onto the mountains in the backdrop and a spacious corner plot.
Villa Fara sleeps 8 people, with large spacious terraces as well as a private garden and a swimming pool. There are 3 bedrooms, all twins with the master ensuite bedroom having twin beds that can be pushed together with kingsize bedlinen available. The double sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for 2 children only.
The villa comes fully equipped with full air-conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida
This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.
La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.
If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.
Owner's Tips
You can drive to all the facilities: restaurants, bars, shops, golf club house, health centre, supermarket at La Torre, which is 5 minutes drive.
About El Valle golf
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach.
San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, water skiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this resort.

“We recently we on holiday and stayed at the Villa Fara. It was very clean and we a fantastic time, even so we are thinking of returning in the summer next year. All 100% no problems and only a short drive to either the town or the beach. Well done for excellent customer service.”

“Thanks for your help regarding the booking of our holiday at El Valle. We have seen a really good service and a very quick feedback from your when we have needed it.
We were 3 families who traveled together, it was really nice to be able to have 3 villas as close to each other as you could offer. We've had 10 wonderful days in Villa Fara. Villa Fara is very tasteful decorated and has a magnificent garden. A fantastic house that we would like to return to. Both children and adults loved the place.
This is the first time we have booked a house through an not Danish company, so we were a little worried about how it would go. But there have certainly been no reason that. I will give my best recommendations to you Linda - and also to Villa Fara, and I hope that we in the winter have the opportunity to contact you about a new booking..”
