About the property

Very tastefully furnished villa, set in own grounds, with large private pool 8 x 4 and lovely established plants. The villa is set on a plot of 600m2, with beautiful patio/terrace overlooking the pool area.

Villa Neptuno Christina benefits from 1 double bedroom - extended , and two twins. There are two single foldaway beds for the 7/8 person.

The property has a fully fitted kitchen built in appliances.

Airconditioning and ceilings fans, 8 sun loungers, sat TV and DVD player as well as a few toys.

We consider a car is essential for this holiday.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

About Camposol golf resort

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar, 15 mins walk. Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hairdressers, 15 mins walk. Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers. Bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for approx 11 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall

Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes.

Mazarron Town, with banks and little shops and restaurants, as well as the markets, is just 10 minutes drive.

The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina.

Murcia airport is 1 hour, and Alicante is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
