About the property

A brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor ,air conditioned (hot/cold) apartment in a luxury secure development with communal swimming pool. A short walk to blue flag beaches, restaurants, shops bars & amenities.

A comfortable lounge/dining area with sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, patio doors to balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. There is seating on the balcony for you to sit and eat, have a drink or relax and sunbathe.

Kitchen area is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker. Utility room with iron and board, washing machine, storage area for cases and golf equipment etc.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, wash hand basin, bidet, mirror and underfloor heating for comfort in the winter months.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobe, en-suite with shower, toilet and wash hand basin and underfloor heating.

The apartment in set in a secure gated complex with parking, access via a key fob.A lift is available.

10 minute drive to 3 championship golf courses. 10 minute drive to Torrevieja. 20 minutes to Murcia airport, 40 minutes to Alicante airport.

Owner's Tips...

Playa Flamenca is a perfect base catering for many different types of holidays , summer and winter breaks due to its all year round climate for sunbathers , golfers, couples and families alike.

Just a 10 minute stroll will take you to the blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca with a childrens' play area a few minutes further along the coastline will take you to the beach at La Zenia, Guardamar, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima where you can enjoy watersports.Other facilities include go-karts, horse riding , waterpark, cycling , cinema and tennis.

The popular Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre is within a 5 minute walk with numerous bars and entertainment and restaurants to suit all tastes plus supermarkets, bank etc. Playa Flamenca has one of the largest markets in spain every Saturday.

The Orihuela region is full of history and culture with its many museums, monuments , churches and historic buildings. The nearby towns of Murcia and Cartagena are well worth a visit.

The town of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes away and easily reached by car, bus or taxi. It is a fascinating place to visit particularly in the evening when you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the harbour and enjoy the nightlife and visit the museum, restaurants, bars and take a boat trip . It is surrounded by 2 national saltwater lagoons home to wildlife including flamingos.

According to the World Health Organisation the lakes make the area one of the healthiest places to live with health properties such as rhematic dermatological and respitary complaints and great for its curative properties for a large number of people.

On Fridays there is a street market believed to be the largest in europe. You can also shop till you drop in the many boutiques or the new Harbenas Shopping Centre with many famous labels such as Zara and Puma. You can also go ten pin bowling, visit the amusement centre and sports centre.
