About the property

Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The property features 2 en-suite bedrooms both with 2 single beds in and one double sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot is also available.

Fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months. Lounge with seating for 4, satellite TV, DVD, Docker for Ipod. Dining with seating for 4.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. All cutlery and cooking utensils.

Parking is available. Panoramic views from the roof top across the fairway. 8 garden tables and two garden chairs and a lovely romatic double hammock on the roof solarium! A few minutes walk to the communal pool and restaurants.

All linen and towels included, except beach towels.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, which will be returned within 7 working days.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

About La Torre golf

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

15 mins from San Javier airport. 60 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia city.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of (no membership payable, but green fees must be paid) not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools (one in the lake), 2 of which are very close to the townhouse, as are the tennis courts.
