About the property

Villa Carola is a prestigious villa situated in the exclusive and well established El Rosario area of Marbella. It offers three charming and individual one bedroomed apartments. Each apartment consists of a good sized living/dining room with a fitted kitchen area. A comfortable double bedroom with ample storage space and a full en-suite bathroom.

There is Sky TV in the living room, with all the free to view channels, along with a DVD and video player. The lounge/dining area also has a bed settee making second double bed and a dining table for four people. The kitchens are equipped with a 2 burner hob, with extractor canopy, a combination cooker/microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster and all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, glassware etc. A further fold up bed can be supplied if required. A laundry service is available for a small charge.

Each apartment has it's own balcony with patio furniture and from here there is gated access to steps which lead down to the garden and the good sized heated swimming below. As this is about 5ft 6in deep right round a small above ground pool has been thoughtfully provided for younger guests. The gardens are mostly laid to lawn so there is plenty of sun bathing area with sun beds provided, for the more energetic there is a table tennis table and steps leading from the garden into a games room where there is a pool table.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and a welcome pack. Changeover day is flexible.

Please note that Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid-season rate of £275.

These days Marbella has developed a rather famous following, with many of our TV and film stars owning property here, and this in turn has helped the area gain an “exclusive” tag. Designer shops and top class golf courses are available, albeit at a price.

Away from the modern facilities, Marbella has rather surprisingly still retained an old quarter, with many buildings having been painted the traditional whitewash and dating back to the 16th century. So whether you´re looking for sun soaked beaches to relax on, or you´re looking for something a little more culturally rich, Marbella offers something for everyone.

Owner's Tips...

Villa Carola is very well located to take full advantage of everything the cosmopolitan area of Marbella has to offer. El Rosario itself has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The lovely sandy beaches of the mediterranean are a few minutes away by car and here there is an excellent chiringuito (beach bar). Marbella is about 6 kms down the road, Malaga airport around 30 minutes away and of course there is an excellent selection of first class golf courses all within easy reach. It is also just a short distance into the countryside from the villa for those who like walking.
