About the property

Casa Suzy is a beautiful three bedroomed villa situated on a family friendly complex in Miami Playa. There are 18 houses sharing landscaped grounds that can be used by all and a large swimming pool which has a childrens section.

Master bedroom has an en-suite and a large balcony with spectacular views to the sea and the mountains. There are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a set of twins and a family bathroom for these two to share. The sofa bed can be used for maximum occupancy.

The downstairs is large and spacious and families can dine either inside the house or on the large terrace complete with a brick BBQ. The property has a large garden looking out onto the pool and communal gardens.

There is also a poolside bar which opens from June - September, weather permitting and our manager is on hand 24 hours to deal with any queries that may arise.

Miami Playa is a small town that lies in a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, in the southern part of the Costa Dorada: 120 km from Barcelona and 20 km from Salou. A coastal line of fully changing beauty: pure & sandy beaches, breathtaking cliffs and hidden bays lead to the cristal clear and clean sea water. For the sportive holiday makers Miami Playa also offers numerous possiblities such as surfing, sailing, water ski, tennis, squash, riding, golf & mini golf, mountainbiking and fishing.

After a stroll along the shore, there are many inviting restaurants available. Whether you prefer the French, Italian, German, Argentinian or Chinese kitchen, you will find it all here. Do not forget to visit one of the regional Catalan restaurants. The traditionally prepared dishes with freshly caught local fish and seafood, promise true enjoyment. Magical conclusion to each day of holiday are the folklore shows. Let these Spanish traditions warm your heart. Enjoy the summer evenings with a good Spanish wine or Sangria on the terrace of one of the enchanting bars.

Owner's Tips...

Golf can be played at the local Bonmont Terres Noves Golf Course 5 mins drive. Barcelona is 1 hour and 20 mins away.

Port Aventura theme park is 20 mins away and is a must for those travelling with children of all ages.

The golden beaches provide the oppurtunities to windsurf, waterski, sail and even rent pedalos. Rock climbing is popular, fishing and biking are also available.
