The luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with private underground garage is set on the exclusive Roda Golf & Beach resort which boasts an 18 hole Par 72 golf course designed by Dave Thomas who also designed the Brabazon course at the DeVere Belfry, the Ryder Cup venue in Birmingham UK.

The apartment has 32" wall mounted flat screen television that has satellite TV including Sky sports, Sky movies, Setanta sports and also british TV channels. A superb state of the art DVD/CD system that is a multi functional audio & visual system. There is a selection of DVD's & CD's in the apartment for your use

It comfortably sleeps 4 with stylish furnishings, air conditioning, central heating and electric security grills. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The terrace is a size of 15sqm, is fully equipped with table & adjustable reclining chairs, overlooks the communal swimming pool which is a mere 7 steps away and has the additional benefit of basking in full morning sun! Matching sunloungers are also provided

For the ladies who stay we have a hairdryer & hair straighteners for your use.

There is a digital safe provided for safe storage of your finances & valuable items, the code is individually set by yourselves.

The apartment is ideally located being just 3 min walk to the clubhouse & golf course. Offers easy access to Spanish resort of Los Alcazares, 2 min drive to award winning beaches & restorative waters of the Mar Menor.

The property is also suitable for the older person and is wheelchair friendly.

Owner's Tips...

The nearest town of Los Alcazares is 2 mins away & has access to a large range of shops, bars & restaurants. It is set on the Mar Menor, the largest natural seawater lagoon in europe. With it's promenade stretching for 8km, the local beaches are fantastic having won the Q awards for excellence & safety and the waters of the Mar Menor are renouned for their healing properties - the temperature of the water can be amazing. Along the beaches are tapas bars selling a variety of Tapas, local beers & other refreshments!
