3 bedroomed large (130m2) luxury penthouse apartment, with a fabulous sized terrace (80m2) offering wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea. It is located in a beautifully landscaped gated complex, offering 4 swimming pools plus a childrens pool. The apartment is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is conveniently located to all local attractions. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beaches are a short drive or a 20 minute stroll away.
There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with 2x 3 seater leather sofas, satellite TV with Sky reception and English channels, DVD player. the dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs, positioned under a lovely feature domed ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc.
The 3 bedrooms are all large, offering a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the other 2 rooms. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space. There are 2 large bathrooms, one en-suite and one family, each with bath, shower, bidet etc.
The large terrace wraps around the apartment, offering superb sea and mountain views, as well as a pleasant sea breeze! The terrace has a large table and 6 comfey sunbeds, for private sunbathing as well as a large built in BBQ for alfresco dining.

There is a £200 refundable security deposit, which will be refunded after your stay, less any deductions for damages etc.
A 20% non -refundable deposit or £150 (whichever is greater) of the total rental amount is payable upon booking with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We accept credit cards at a small additional supplement.
In the winter season, the price is only £250 per week for lets of 3 weeks or more! Please enquire for further details.
The above prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 6. Extra people are charged at £50 per week.
The above prices include a meet and greet service, linen, towels ( but not beach towels) and final cleaning.
Calahonda is a growing holiday resort, located just down the road from Marbella. Like all tourist areas, it’s well serviced for holidaymakers and offers a superb beach. As a fairly new development, Calahonda has a modern feel to it, you may have to drive island if you want to see old architecture and “pueblos Blanco’s”.
Statistically most visitors to this area are English, so speaking fluent Spanish isn’t a problem. Even in the bars and restaurants, English is spoken and you’ll discover a range of food can be ordered, there’s even Indian restaurants. For shopping it´s best to head for the El Zoco complex, here you’ll find plenty to spend your money on and there are places to eat afterwards.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from several local restaurants and a small supermarket. The main shopping areas are a 5 minute walk away or a trip on the local land-train, which also connects to the local beaches.
The apartment is within a 20 minute drive of over 15 golf courses. La Siesta Golf course is literally a couple of minutes from the apartment, and La Cala, Miraflores, Capobino, El Chapperel and Calanova are all approximately a 10 minute drive away.
The apartment is close to lots of lovely, uncrowded beaches. Calahonda beach is less than a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute stroll. The beaches of La Cala, Cabopina and The Don Carlos are approximately a 10 minute drive away. Parking is very easy.
Marbella town is only 14km away (10 minutes drive) and the old picturesque white pueblo of Mijas approx 10 km away (15 minutes drive), with its charming cobbled streets and donkey rides. Other really interesting places to visit are Granada, Ronda, Coin, La Cala and Malaga.
