This lovely townhouse overlooking Alhaurin Golf course offers spacious 3 bed roomed accommodation. It is fitted and furnished to a high standard, has full air conditioning and central heating, and marble floors throughout.
The generous hallway opens into the good sized living/dining room with 2 sets of patio doors that lead out onto the terrace and small garden. From here there are excellent views over the golf course and to the mountains beyond. There is satellite TV and a DVD player in the lounge.
The kitchen is of a very good size with a serving hatch into the dining room. It is as would be expected in a property of this calibre, very well fitted and equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the pots,pans, crockery and glassware that you would expect.
Also downstairs there is a shower room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto a balcony, again with excellent views. There is also a second shower room upstairs and all three bedrooms have quality built in wooden wardrobes providing ample storage space.
Guests staying in the villa have full use of the nearby communal swimming pool and gardens and will also receive a 20% discount on green fees and a 10% discount in the Alhaurin golf shop.

Located elegantly upon a hill within the Sierra de Mijas, surrounded by fruitful orchards including oranges and lemons. The "El Grande" part in the name was added to differentiate it from Alhaurin de Torre.
There is a maze of cobbled streets to explore, with restaurants serving local traditional foods that you may not of heard of before. If you visit Alhaurin el Grande at the beginning of the year you can't fail to miss the carnival. However other festivals and celebrations are held throughout the year that includes cheering bulls through the streets, so watch out!
The nearby town of Alhaurin el Grande is about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants etc.
It is around 20 minutes to the nearest coastal resort of Fuengirola which is a lively holiday town with a lovely beach, an excellent aqua park, good shops, restaurants, nightlife etc.
In addition it hosts 2 good markets and has a delightful zoo.
In short then this townhouse has much to recommend itself to golfers and holiday makers alike being of a high standard and very well located.

My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
