Casa Fernyan is a superior detached 3 bedroomed villa situated in the prestigeous area of La Celima near to the village of Casares. It stands alone with commanding and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa.
Downstairs is a lovely split level living/dining room with a beamed ceiling and a wood burning stove. Large patio doors lead directly from here onto the sizeable patio and swimming pool area. Here the views across the Mediterranean to Africa are stunning.
Outside there are two areas for al fresco dining, one under a shady arbour and the other in full sun, there is also a gas BBQ and plenty of sun beds.
In the living room there is satellite TV, a video player, DVD and music centre. You will also find a good selection of videos and books for your amusement. Steps lead from the sitting area to the dining area where there is a lovely solid wood dining table with seating for eight.
The modern kitchen is very well fitted and equipped with all expected appliances such as dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, food mixer etc. The automatic washing machine is situated in a utility room off the kitchen and from here there is an enclosed patio with a washing line. Also downstairs is one double en-suite bedroom and that too has patio doors giving direct access to the patio and pool area.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, these are both twin rooms and also en-suite. They too have patio doors leading out onto a large balcony which overlooks the wonderful view. All three of the bathrooms have full sized baths with showers over and there is ample storage space in all bedrooms.
In short Casa Fernyan offers holiday accommodation of a very high standard in one of the most sort after areas of the Costa del Sol.

The picturesque "Pueblo Blanco" of Casares is just 5 minutes away by car. It is a quite delightful village still typically Andaluz with a good selection of shops bars and restaurants. Its narrow, winding streets are a delight to explore and the people are very friendly.
The lovely long clean beaches of the Costa del Sol are less than 10 minutes away by car, the nearest one being Playa de Casares where there is an excellent "chiringuito", beach bar. Estepona is the nearest large town and whilst it still retains much of its charm and fishing village heritage it now offers its visitors many quaility shops, bars and restaurants and is an extremely pleasant seaside town with a lovely beach. Additionally there are of course many first class golf courses in the area.
