About Villa D26 Camposol Golf

This well presented Neptuno deluxe detached villa is situated on sector D, positioned on a large plot with walled garden and is south facing, perfect for families, couples and golfers alike whatever the season. The attractive landscaped gardens complement the spacious terrace and large 10m x 5m private pool. Finished both internally and externally to a very high standard comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 en-suite. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and two have additional air-conditioning units.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which is very well equipped with the necessary utensils for a self catering holiday, including a George Foreman grill and a three unit Tefal Steam cooker for the health awareness family's. A safety stairgate is also included for those with small children. Cots and high chair are also available please ask when booking.

It has a large air conditioned lounge with log fire, satellite TV, DVD, and music center with ample comfortable seating for all. Access to the upstairs extended double bedroom is internal and boasts a large walk in double shower. French doors lead out onto a large solarium with spectacular views, a perfect place for idyllic private sunbathing, as well as the ideal place to watch the amazing sunsets.

Bed linen and towels are supplied. However you will need to bring your own beach towels. You will be met by our meet and greet representative at Camposol. A welcome grocery pack is available on request when booking which includes brown bread, bacon, eggs, oil, jam, butter, decaff coffee, teabags, semi skimmed milk, a selection of fresh fruit, 2 bottles beer, bottle of red wine, water and toilet rolls, however there is usually tea, coffee and sugar available in the cupboards. A change of bed linen and a clean is available for a stay of more than one week, arrangements need to be made at time of booking.

A deposit of 25% of the booking is payable upon reservation to secure the villa. The balance is payable 8 weeks before commencement of the booking. A damages deposit of 100 euros will be asked for on the day of arrival, and will be returned in full providing there are no damanges. Please request cots or highchairs with the booking.

Prices exclude Christmas & Easter. Special rate negotiable if booked for Christmas and the New Year. Maximum term letting term is one month.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

Owner's Tips

Camposol Golf is a short 15km drive from Puerto de Mazarron there are all the amenities that you require on Camposol: which include several banks and cash machines, hypermarket, and an Internet cafes, (for those cheap calls home). also an extended supermarket, where you can purchase fresh baked bread, including those important essentials, like wine, spirits, beers, and soft drinks for the children.

You are close to a 18 hole golf course with an excellent club house, the fees are much cheaper than other courses in Spain about 45 euros for 18 holes. For keen golfers you are within reach of various clubs with excellent courses all within easy traveling distance. Award winning EU Blue Flag beaches are approximately 15-20 mins away, explore the secluded coves and the rugged coast line, and tread the golden sands. for those that do there is a Naturist beach at Boineuvo. You are only a couple of hours away from Sierra Nevada ski slopes, included at the resort are 40 miles of runs, two cross-country circuits, 12 chair lifts, two cable cars and 5 T-bar lifts.

We love the privacy of the pool. The villa is stunning thats why we bought it and we really enjoy having a bar-b-que in the evening, chilling out watching the sun set with a drink in hand and then seeing all the stars come out in the peace and quiet.

“The villa was very nice and very comfortable, it has everything you could want for a break in the sun. The villa is situated in a quite area of Camposol and a vehicle is a must.

The villa and surrounding areas are kept nice and clean and I will certainly be revisiting hopefully soon.’”

“Thanks for the stay in the villa. This place is first class. The location is spot on being at the edge of the resort in a very quiet place, although the rest of the resort seemed very quiet too! The villa itself is very clean and very well maintaned with a decent size pool. A car is required as it is about 4 miles from the nearest shops. This area of Spain is breathtaking with spectacular scenery and only a short drive to several beaches. I will definatelty look to coming back here soon. I cannot recommend this enough.”

“Our family really enjoyed staying in this villa. The children spent a lot of time in or beside the pool during our October break. The house was well furnished, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed being able to watch UK satelliteTV and play our CDs and DVDs when the night came. The property had a lot of helpful items like a cool bag, flip flops, plastic cups and plates for young children, etc, which made things even easier.

This would be a great place for a family or two to share or a group of friends. A car is essential as it is a five minute drive from pubs, the bowling alley, shops and food places at the Commerial Centre. Friendly and helpful people to meet you and help with any problems.

The only difficulty is if you access the Internet regularly. We had our own USB mobile broadband and laptop which only worked sometimes as the reception was poor. There is Internet access at the bowling alley.”
