About Villa Sol

Villa Sol is a very well appointed 5 bedroomed villa. It is situated just 200 yards from a first class beach but is also close to the lively resort of San Pedro and just a short distance away by car to the famous international resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

It is a spacious villa with the benefit of full air conditioning (hot and cold). It is comfortably fitted and furnished with a spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading out onto the private garden and swimming pool. There is satellite TV, a DVD player, broadband internet connection and a music centre in the living room and a feature fireplace with log effect electric fire.

The villa has two double and three twin bedrooms, three of which are en-suite plus a further family bathroom. A cot can also be made available if required.

Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the master bedroom being upstairs. This is a lovely room with an en-suite shower room and 2 roof terraces, one of which has stairs leading down to the garden and pool.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, family size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster etc. Plus a good selection of cookware, glassware and crockery.

Outside its own enclosed garden with a very well maintained swimming pool. There is a good sized bar and BBQ area and a two car garage at your disposal.

Within a two minute walk from the villa is a wonderful clean, sandy beach along the length of which runs a wide palm tree lined promenade where you will find a good choice of beach bars and restaurants.

About San Pedro de Alcantara, Costa del Sol

Despite the fact that San Pedro is part of the municipality of Marbella, it has quite a different feel about it. Workers from the nearby sugar cane and cotton plantations once lived here, however these days you would never believe it. Nowadays there is still an old feel about San Pedro, although it is growing into a large resort with many modern facilities.

Owner's Tips

The lively town of San Pedro is a fifteen minute walk away, or five minutes by car.Here you will find an excellent selection of shops bars and restaurants. There are also many good quality golf courses in the area.

The world famous cosmopolitan resorts of both Puerto Banus and Marbella are just a short distance away and offer a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars as well as the excellent nightlife for which the area is renown.

In short Villa Sol is a comfortable and spacious holiday villa which has the advantage of being near to the beach, but at the same time has it´s own private pool It is also close to the most popular resorts on the Costa del Sol and some of the best golf courses too.

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
