This 2 storey air conditioned apartment has a good sized living/dining room with patio doors onto a large balcony with excellent views of the pools, gardens and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. There is an attractive solid wood dining suite with seating for six and two leather settees, the larger of which is a double recliner. Satellite TV has been installed in the lounge with the free to view channels.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with sliding patio doors to the large balcony and a full bathroom.

Stairs lead lead up to the top floor where there are 2 further bedrooms both of which are double and have their own balconies, again with marvelous views. The master bedroom is of very generous dimensions and has a full en-suite bathroom and a television. There is also a third full bathroom on this floor.

Paraiso de la Bahia, or paradise bay, is a small, quiet, enclosed development about 5 minutes from Estepona. It has been well landscaped with tropical gardens and there are a total of 2 adult and 2 children's pools as well as a children's play area.

The lovely nearby sandy beach of Playa de Casares is just a couple of minutes walk away with easy access over a pedestrian bridge.

Paraiso de la Bahia is situated on the more peaceful western end of the Costa del Sol, a few minutes by car from the attractive town of Estepona. It is also just a couple of minutes by car from the up and coming town of Sabinillas where you will now find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a lovely promenade all the way along the sea front. The picturesque port of Duquesa is also just a short distance away where of course a very cosmopolitan selection of bars and restaurants can be found.The Rock of Gibraltar is also within easy reach, about 25 minutes in the car, and is always worth a visit.

For golfing enthusiasts this area has much to offer with many first class golf courses within easy reach such as Duquesa, Valderrama, Sotogrande, Estepona and Alcaidesa, to name but a few.

In short this lovely Costa del sol holiday apartment has many features to recommend it not least of all it's excellent location, high standard of fittings and furnishings and it's wonderful views.

My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
