Villa Barranco Blanco in the beautiful countryside near to the town of Coin is an immaculate property in pristine condition. It is set high above the wonderful valley of Barranco Blanco, far away from the madding crowd with spectacular views across the mountains to the Mediterranean.
The accommodation comprises of a large living room, a dining room, fitted kitchen, 3 double and one twin bedrooms. There is a 42" plasma screen TV and DVD player with a full SKY package including films and sport. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven etc. The main living room and the master bedroom also have the benefit of air conditioning.
There is a full en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, and two further shower rooms with wc.
Outside this villa is set in lovely gardens of some 5,000 sqm. There is a good sized heated swimming pool measuring 8x4m which is surrounded by a large sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, a poolside shower has also been installed.
A large garden bar and BBQ area is another excellent feature of this delightful villa as well as a recently installed paddle tennis court measuring 10x20m.
In short Barranco Blanco is a truly lovely holiday home set in the most tranquil position imaginable. It is very private and secluded and if you are looking for a perfect holiday villa to really relax and unwind in then there couldn't be a better choice.

The village of Coin is situated far enough inland not to suffer from tourism in huge quantities, however it is easily accessible and is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Coin is roughly a 20-minute drive from Marbella and 30-minutes from Malaga airport.
Although popularity continues to grow over the years, Coin isn’t somewhere to stay if you want an action-packed holiday. Holidaymakers are attracted as it offers somewhere that is peaceful and pretty, has lots of ancient buildings to look, yet isn’t too far away from the livelier resorts. Coin has many citrus groves growing in the region, this is due to the very fertile land in which surrounds it.
The lively market town of Coin is less than 10 minutes awayby car and here you will find an excellent selection of shops,bars and restaurants. Coin is also a good central point fromwhich you can visist many palces of interest such as Ronda, Granada and of course all the diverse attractionsof the Costa del Sol which is about 20 minutes away. Malagaairport is around 30-40 minutes away.
The villa is also idealy located to visit many first class golf courses, Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf both being very closeby but also not far away are Mijas Golf and La Cala.
About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
