About the property
Villa La Trilladora is a pretty 2 bedroomed detached property set in very pleasant mature gardens overlooking gently rolling countryside where orange and olive trees abound. Peace and tranquility are the order of the day so if a restful and relaxing holiday are what you require, lounging by the pool soaking up the mediterranean sun, then you will most definately not be disappointed.
Villa la Trilladora consists of 2 twin air conditioned bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and both with ample cupboard space. There is a comfortable living room and dining area with a real fire and a well equipped kitchen fitted with a full cooker, microwave, automatic washing machine and fridge/frezer. In addition there is a very pleasant large covered verandah with a further dining area and a studio couch which could accommodate a fifth person. There is also a second toilet and shower room. The whole property has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a most comfortable and pleasant stay with the provision of Sky TV, videos, books and board games. A complimentary welcome pack greets you to get your holiday off to a good start. Towels and all linen are also provided.
Outside there are several patios and a lovely secluded garden on three levels as well as the swimming pool and a barbeque (charcoal provided ) with an al fresco dining area. Sun beds are provided by the pool.

This rate is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity,linen, towels and a welcome pack. Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time between 4.00 and 10.00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
Due to some rather steep steps leading down to the pool this villa is not considered suitable for very young children. However a cot and play pen can be provided free of charge for a baby.

About Coin, Inland Andalucia
The village of Coin is situated far enough inland not to suffer from tourism in huge quantities, however it is easily accessible and is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Coin is roughly a 20-minute drive from Marbella and 30-minutes from Malaga airport.
Although popularity continues to grow over the years, Coin isn’t somewhere to stay if you want an action-packed holiday. Holidaymakers are attracted as it offers somewhere that is peaceful and pretty, has lots of ancient buildings to look, yet isn’t too far away from the livelier resorts. Coin has many citrus groves growing in the region, this is due to the very fertile land in which surrounds it.

The traditional and lively Spanish market town of Coin is just 5 minutes away by car from Villa la Triladora and here you will find a good variety of shops,bars and restuarants.
Marbella is about 25 minutes away with all the beaches and nightlife associated with this fashionable resort.
Further inland there is much to see and explore with the lovely old town of Ronda and many other places of interest a drive away.
