About the property

Villa Tres Arcos is a truly lovely holiday home set in 10,000sqms of land in the heart of the Andalucian countryside about 3 kms from the village of Guaro. It has magnificant views all around and is the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The three bedroomed villa is all on one level and consists of 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and both of which have ample storage space. There is also a further family bathroom. The large spacious living/ dining room is very comfortably furnished. It has satellite TV and a video and there is a a lovely open fireplace so making it a cosy winter let as well as a perfect summer holiday home. The well equipped kitchen leads off this and is fitted with a full cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is also an automatic washing machine located it one of the bathrooms.

Doors lead from the living room into an enclosed loggia with three arched windows overlooking the valley. This is a wonderful place to sit on balmy summer evenings. From here you enter a delightful enclosed patio with bouganvillia and honeysuckle covering the walls. The BBQ is situated here along with patio table and chairs so you can take full advantage of the Spanish national pastime of eating al fresco.

A gate in the wall takes you down some steps to the wonderful swimming pool. At 8.5 x 4 metres it is a very generous size and is enclosed on three sides with a wall with a balustrade running along the 4th over which you can again take in the marvellous views. The whole area can be closed off to prevent young children entering unattended.

In short it is difficult to do Villa Tres Arcos justice in a few words and pictures but suffice it to say that the whole lovely property has been very well designed and the grounds lovingly laid out to produce a really excellent vacation rental for a truly memorable holiday.

Owner's Tips...

Guaro Village, at less than 10 minutes away by car, from the lovely Andalucia villa rental of Tres Arcos , is the nearest place for you to do your shopping. Here you will also find a good selection of tapas bars. The larger town of Monda is another 5 minutes away and this has a variety of restaurants to choose from in additiion to the well regarded Monda Country Club. Horse riding is also available at stables situated there. A comprehensive information pack is provided by the thoughtful owners full of lots of ideas of places to go and things to do.

Marbella and the Costa del Sol are just about 20 minutes away and here of course you can indulge your self in all that this international resort has to offer. Beautiful beaches, good shops and excellent restaurants to name just a few of the possibilities before retreating once more to the hills and the peace and quiet of Villa Tres Arcos.

Villa Tres Arcos is ideally located for exploring many of the historic towns, villages and lovely countryside of Andalucia. A car really would be essential to get to the villa but once there of course you then have the freedom to roam and discover for yourself many hidden as well as famous corners of Andalucia.
