About the property
This lovely top floor, air-conditioned, 2 bedroomed apartment is ideally located just 5 minutes from the beach at Los Boliches and very close to Fuengirola and as such makes the perfect Costa del Sol holiday rental. It has excellent views of both sea and mountains as well as the 2 beautiful private pools below. There is a lift right to the front door.
The main living area is a large open plan living/ dining room with patio doors onto the terrace. This is fully fitted with sliding windows for safety and from here you can take in the wonderful views. There is a well equipped kitchen that has a full cooker, microwave and fridge along with a good supply of crockery, pots, pans, glassware etc. A utility room leads off from here and has a washing machine and freezer. The living room has a satellite TV and a music centre.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, one twin and one double, the latter having a full en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a separate toilet and shower room. A cot can be provided at no extra charge.
The Sierra Mijas apartments have a large private garden, for which you will be supplied with a key. In here are two swimming pools, one large and one smaller one for children. The gardens are beautifully kept with lovely grassed areas for sunbathing. There is also a tennis court. The whole complex is totally enclosed and has the benefit of 24hr security thus making it safe and secure for young children.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

The swimming pool is open between June and the end of September. These rates are fully inclusive of all , electricity, linen and towels.
Changeover day is flexible.
50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Arrival time 4.00p.m. Departure time 10.30 a.m.
Please note we normally only take bookings of a fortnights duration during July and August, however if you wish to take the apartment for just 1 week at this time of year you may do so for a supplement of £50 to cover extra cleaning and laundry etc. No such restriction applies for the rest of the year.

About Fuengirola, Costa del Sol
Fuengirola is very well known for it’s 5 mile long beach and the wide range of leisurely activities on offer. Transport is also very good here, with train and bus links to many nearby towns. This is a popular choice for families as Fuengirola has lots to do, and it can keep even the most active child happy all day long. Unusually the local zoo stays open late at night during the summer months, allowing you to see the animals’ nocturnal activities.
There are a number of beaches to choose from, all of which have been recognised for their cleanliness. From the town you can see the Sohail Castle, which still has some of it’s original walls and towers. There is also an outside art gallery with murals by well-known artists.
Self catering holidays to Fuengirola are easy to find. There are many well priced rental villas and apartments available, but remember to book early as they sell quick in the summer months when Fuengirola property is in much demand.
Owner's Tips...
Los Boliches is a lively holiday resort which has much to offer the holiday maker. There is a lovely clean beach, just a few minutes from the apartment, plenty of bars shops, restaurants and night-life - in fact everything you would expect from this part of the Costa del Sol. From here you have easy access to many other resorts, such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena and attractions such as the Mijas Aqua Park, the Dolphinarium and Sea World. The Costa del Sol has always been a popular holiday resort but it is not content to sit on it's laurels and in recent years there has been much development and improvement and many added attractions.
There is a train from Malaga Airport to Los Boliches from where you can easily walk to the apartment or pick up a taxi to take you straight to the door. If you wish to hire a car the apartment does have it's own private parking space.
