About the property

Villa Castillo at Torrenueva on the Costa del Sol is a fabulous 3 bedroomed holiday villa. It's turret and beautiful stone work along with it's elevated postion with views over the Mediterranean Sea gives it the feel of a minature castle.

Downstairs is the large open plan living/dining room with a magnificant stone faced wall with an open fire. It also has feature brick and stone pillars and archways. There are patio doors leading from here to the large covered terrace with steps leading down to the garden and swimming pool. Satellite TV, video player and a DVD have all been installed in the living room.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Also downstairs are the two twin bedrooms, one with twin and one with bunk beds, a shower room and separate wc.

The impressive stair case with wooden balustrade leads to the second floor where you will find the very spacious master bedroom. This has a full en-suite bathroom, patio doors leading to a large terrace with sea views and as with the other 2 bedrooms there are ample built in wardrobes.

This exceptional villa is 250 m2 in all and is set in grounds of 1.050 m2. The oval shaped swimming pool is 60 m3 being 10m long and 5.5 m. at it's widest. It has a deep end of 2.5 metres but also has a shallow end suitable for children.

The owners of the villa live in a separate apartment below it. They keep themselves very much to themselves and all the facilities of the villa, gardens and pool are for the exclusive use of guests but it does mean they are on hand should any problems arise and they are also able to keep the gardens and pool well maintained for you.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

Oct - April (excl Christmas and Easter)	£825 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Please note that Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid-season rat of 950.00 pounds

All rates are per villa per week and are fully inclusive of all electricity, linen and towels.

50% deposit secures with the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Owner's Tips...

The exclusive area of Torreneuva has much to offer the visitor. All the villas in the vicinity are well established with secluded and well screened gardens making the location very peaceful. There is a lovely beach less than 10 minute walk away and also a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants close at hand.

The large resort of Fuengirola is about 10 minutes away by car and here you will find a further plentiful selection of shops, bars and restaurants plus the delightful Fuengirola Zoo and the ever popular Mijas Aqua Park. About 15 minutes away in the other direction is the cosmopolitan resort of Marbella.

In conclusion then Villa Castillo offers a fantastic holiday home of a very high standard in the perfect location to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa del Sol.
