About the property
Villa La Gaspara at Alhaurin de la Torre on the Costa del Sol is the perfect solution for two families or a group of golfers or friends who are looking for holiday accommodation together but still wanting to retain their independence, as the property consists of 2 quite separate villas set in delightful gardens with a large swimming pool, 10x5m.
The villas are approached through electric gates and there is ample secure parking.
The first villa consists of a large entrance hall which leads into a cottage style living room with a wood burning stove. From here there is a feature brick archway leading into the dining area and a doorway through to the fully tiled, well fitted kitchen. This has a hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. The kitchen opens onto a large conservatory which is furnished with a patio set and from here you can access the pretty garden.
There are 2 bedrooms in this villa, both with twin beds and a dressing room which has a full complement of well fitted wooden cupboards and wardrobes.
The bathroom is fully tiled with an unusual lion's claw feet bath, in addition there is a fully tiled wet room with shower.
Steps lead up from this villa to the pool area and second villa.
This property has a large open plan living, dining, kitchen with 2 very attractive brick arches dividing the living area from the kitchen/dining area. There are patio doors opening out onto a covered veranda and the pool area.
The master bedroom has a double bedroom suite and an en-suite shower room, from here there are more doors onto the garden.
A brick archway leads from the living room into the second bedroom which has a set of bunk beds. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a three quarter bath with shower over and patio doors to the terrace. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and of course a full set of pots, pans, crockery etc. There are 2 automatic washing machines in the utility room.
Both villas have their own satellite TV systems with the free to view channels plus video and DVD players.
The villas are set in well enclosed and delightful private gardens behind a large set of electric gates. There is a lawned area to one sideof the swimming pool plus a paved area around it. The pool is fully tiled and well maintained, it has a deep end of around 2.5 metres with steps leading into the shallow end for smaller children.
There is a purpose built brick BBQ and a covered gazebo for al fresco dining.
In conclusion then this property is very well laid out providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for larger groups. It is the ideal solution for 2 families travelling together or for groups of friends or golfers, Lauro Park Golf Course being just 2 minutes away.

Owner's Tips...
The nearby town of Alhaurin de la Torre is less than five minutes away by car and is a lively bustling town with a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The Costa del Sol, with all it has to offer the holidaymaker, is around 15 minutes away by car as is he beautiful Marina of Benalmadena where there are restaurants catering for every taste, top class boutiques and shops plus excellent clubs and nightlife and the much acclaimed Sea Life Centre.
At Villa La Gaspara, you have an abundance of golf courses virtually on your doorstep, Lauro Golf with its 27 holes being only 2 minutes drive with a further 12 courses 20 minutes away.
