La Casita is a sweet detached 2 bedroomed cottage set in it's own grounds surrounded by avocado, orange and lemon trees. It has a private pool, a BBQ area and vine covered patios.
This delightful holiday cottage consists of a sunny lounge with patio doors out onto a large terrace. Air conditioning and satellite t.v. are installed here. There is a separate dining roomwith lofty beamed ceiling and a wood burning stove. A feature stone arch leads from this room into the country style kitchen which is fully equipped with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven,
fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and a comprehensive selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.
The 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, are both air conditioned.The twin room has steps leading up into an en-suite toilet and shower room.In addition to which there is a large modern bathroom with double sink, full bath and walk in shower stall. Outside this charming property has plenty of terrace space, some being in full sun and some pleasantly shaded. There is a large purpose built tiled BBQ area and plenty of garden and patio furniture. The well maintained swimming pool is approximately 3.5x5.5m with Roman steps leading into it.

The village of Coin is situated far enough inland not to suffer from tourism in huge quantities, however it is easily accessible and is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Coin is roughly a 20-minute drive from Marbella and 30-minutes from Malaga airport.
Although popularity continues to grow over the years, Coin isn’t somewhere to stay if you want an action-packed holiday. Holidaymakers are attracted as it offers somewhere that is peaceful and pretty, has lots of ancient buildings to look, yet isn’t too far away from the livelier resorts. Coin has many citrus groves growing in the region, this is due to the very fertile land in which surrounds it.
Coin is a busy bustling Spanish market town situated about 5 kms. from La Casita. Here you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Also in the vicinity are some fine golf courses, in particular Alhaurin Golf is just 5 minutes away, riding stables and tennis courts. Going inland there is much to see and explore with some beautiful unspoilt countryside, the white villages of Andalucia and the historic towns of Ronda and Granada all within easy driving distance.
The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas and Fuengirola are all less than 30 minutes away and offer much in the way of excellent clean beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
In short La Casita is a lovely holiday villa of a very good standard set in it's own peaceful surroundings and ideally suited for exploring rural Andalucia, enjoying the Costa del Sol and visiting the nearby golf courses.
