This lovely 2 bedroomed apartment at Marina Duquesa is in the ideal location for a holiday on the Costa del Sol. It has superb views over the 2 lovely swimming pools and the beach and is less than a minute from Duquesa Port with all it's bars, shops, restaurants and excellent amenities for holiday makers in the area.
The apartment itself is air-conditioned, modern and well equipped. The living/dining room has sliding patio doors onto the large terrace which overlooks both the pools and the sea. There is satellite TV and a DVD player in the lounge.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all the pots, pans, glassware etc to make your holiday at Marina Duquesa very comfortable. There is a separate utility room with an automatic washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Of the 2 bedrooms one is a double with an en-suite fully tiled bathroom with a full bath and shower over. The other is a twin room next to which is a shower room with wash hand basin and wc. Both rooms have plenty of fitted storage space.
The delightful Marina Duqesa complex has 2 lovely large swimming pools, one of which is heated, set in a grassy area with plenty of room for sunbathing, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. From here there is gated access on to the promanade and from there straight onto the beach.
Secure undergound parking is provided with a lift direct from the car park to the apartments. There are automatic lights in all of the hallways and 24 hour security.

La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.
The lively marina of Duquesa Port is just a short step away from the apartment and here you will find an excellent selection of bars and restaurants along with banks, a hairdressers, gym, newsagents, supermarket etc. The thriving town of Sabinillas is just a couple of minutes away by car or a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the beach and this has a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants.
The western end of the Costa del Sol, where Marina Duquesa is situated, has much to offer the holidaymaker. A ride of about 25 minutes will bring you to Gibraltar which is always a great day out. In the other direction you have the lovely town of Estepona with it's beautiful promenade, great shopping and first rate Wednesday market and close to that is Selwo Wildlife Park. In addition there are also many first class golf courses in the area, the nearest of course being Duquesa Golf.
In conclusion then this apartment at Marina Duquesa offers first rate accommodation in a perfect location for a great holiday on the Costa del Sol.
About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
