About the property

Alicate Marbella is a luxury development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses, set in beautiful, private landscaped subtropical gardens, right on one of Marbella´s best beaches, Alicate Playa.

This lovely 2 bedroomed apartment has air conditioning and wonderful pool and garden views from the balcony. The living/dining room is of a good size with sliding patio doors onto the balcony, this can also be accessed from the master bedroom and from here you can hear the sound of the Mediterranean gently lapping the shore. There is a TV and a CD player in the lounge.

The apartment has a well fitted modern kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and a full complement of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. There is a separate utility room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The two twin bedrooms have ample built in storage space and the master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and doors to the balcony. In addition there is a further full bathroom.

There is 24 hour gated security and an allocated parking place.

The apartment is just a stone's throw from one of the best beaches in the area, Alicate Playa. Here you will find miles of safe, sandy beach and 2 very good beach bar/restaurants.

These rates are per apartment, not per person and are fully inclusive of all electricity, linen and towels. Changeover day is flexible. 50% deposit secures with the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
