About Alicate Playa

Alicate Marbella is a luxury development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses, set in beautiful, private landscaped subtropical gardens, right on one of Marbella´s best beaches, Alicate Playa.

This lovely 2 bed roomed apartment has air conditioning and wonderful pool and garden views from the balcony. The living/dining room is of a good size with sliding patio doors onto the balcony, this can also be accessed from the master bedroom and from here you can hear the sound of the Mediterranean gently lapping the shore. There is a TV with free to view satellite reception and a DVD player in the lounge.

The apartment has a well fitted modern kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and a full complement of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. There is a separate utility room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The two twin bedrooms have ample built in storage space and the master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and doors to the balcony. In addition there is a further full bathroom.

There is 24 hour gated security and an allocated parking place.

The apartment is just a stone's throw from one of the best beaches in the area, Alicate Playa. Here you will find miles of safe, sandy beach and 2 very good beach bar/restaurants.

About Marbella, Costa del Sol

The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is just 4 kms. away where you can enjoy a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the excellent beach and promenade. In recent years much work has been done both at Marbella and all along the Western Costa del Sol in order to improve the infrastructure and to offer many more attractions to holiday makers in the area. Whilst the Costa del Sol has been a popular holiday destination for many years it has even more reasons to be so now and this lovely apartment at Alicate is well located to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Whether you are coming here to lie on the beach, enjoy the shopping, the nightlife, great cuisine or to play golf, or more likely a combination of all things, then this apartment will provide you with a comfortable and well situated base to do just that.

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.

What we love about our property
I hand pick all of the properties I represent to ensure that they offer good quality and value for money and hope that you have a very enjoyable holiday on the Costa del Sol.

“The apartment was great home from home everything we needed.It was spacious and well equipped, No satilite television but we didn't want to watch the television. The view from the balcony showed the lovely well kept gardens and the sea.

A good base to stay although we didn't have a car we travelled up and down the coast via the bus. it was a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and a good service.

The area is quiet some restaurants nearby we spent our days out and some evenings in eating and having drinks on the balcony. Lidl and Mercadona supermarket 5/10 mins away by bus.

The weather was hot and sunny everyday after the rain we got on the first day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back again.”
