About the property

This first class 2 bedroomed, air conditioned, penthouse apartment is in an enviable position being on the first line golf with stupendous views over the golf course from the living room, kitchen and roof terrace. The apartment has a southwest orientation and so benefits from the sun all day long.

The good-sized living/dining room is comfortably furnished with patio doors leading out onto the furnished balcony. Sky TV with all the free to view channels is installed in the living room along with a DVD player.

The modern well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. In fact everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. There is also a breakfast table and patio doors leading to the balcony.

The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite, fully tiled bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and convenient access to a shower room with wc and wash basin. Both rooms have plenty of built in storage space and lovely views over the swimming pool.

All of the accommodation is on one level but stairs lead from the dining area to a large roof terrace which has commanding views over both the pool and garden areas and the golf course itself with the mountains in the distance.

There is secure underground parking with a lift up to the second floor on which the apartment is located. The beautiful pool and gardens are situated close by.

About Alhaurin el Grande, Inland Andalucia

Located elegantly upon a hill within the Sierra de Mijas, surrounded by fruitful orchards including oranges and lemons. The "El Grande" part in the name was added to differentiate it from Alhaurin de Torre.

There is a maze of cobbled streets to explore, with restaurants serving local traditional foods that you may not of heard of before. If you visit Alhaurin el Grande at the beginning of the year you can't fail to miss the carnival. However other festivals and celebrations are held throughout the year that includes cheering bulls through the streets, so watch out!

Owner's Tips...

It is a short walk from the apartment to the Alhaurin Golf Hotel with its restaurants and bars.The bustling town of Alhaurin el Grande is about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are around 20 minutes away, along with a further selection of many first class golf courses. Going inland there is much to see and explore in Andalucia.

In conclusion then this is an excellent apartment on a superb golf course and offers first class accommodation in a wonderful location not only for golf enthusiasts but also if you just want to relax by the pool, have a day trip to the coast or explore the many delights of Andalucia.
