About the property

Finca Algarobbo near Coín on the Costa del Sol is a truly charming holiday home. It is set in its own grounds with uninterrupted views over open countryside.

The villa is built over 2 storeys with the downstairs comprising of a very attractive living/dining room which is furnished in a rustic Andalucian style with a wood burning stove. Satellite TV is installed in the living room.

There is a good sized, well fitted kitchen that has a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary pots, pans, glassware, crockery etc. There is also an automatic washing machine located outside. The kitchen opens onto a large conservatory with a built in bar and patio furniture. This in turn leads out to the BBQ area where you will find double, purpose built BBQs.

From here steps lead upto the pool area. This consists of a paved patio with lights and seating and a delightful splash pool, 4x3m, which is just perfect for cooling off in the hot summer sun.

Also downstairs you will find a twin bedroom and a fully tiled wet room with shower, toilet and hand basin.

It should be mentioned that all of the downstairs doorways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and the wet room has also been designed with the disabled in mind as a wheelchair can be wheeled into the shower area where there is a seat. Outside too consideration has been given to the disabled as apart from the steps the pool can also be reached by a path.

Open plan stairs lead from the living room to the first floor where there are two delightful bedrooms, one twin and one double, the double bedroom also contains a further single bed. They both have lovely wood clad sloping ceilings, en-suite shower rooms and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to a large balcony from which there is a lovely view over the pool and surrounding countryside.

Outside this charming villa there is ample parking, garden and patio space.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

May, June, Sept	£425 per week for up to 4 guests (Plus £25 per additional guest)
October-April	£325 per week for up to 4 guests (Plus £25 per additional guest)
July and August	£550 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Please note that Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid-season rate of 425.00 pounds.

50% deposit secures. all prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, linen, towels and a welcome pack.

About Coin, Inland Andalucia

The village of Coin is situated far enough inland not to suffer from tourism in huge quantities, however it is easily accessible and is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Coin is roughly a 20-minute drive from Marbella and 30-minutes from Malaga airport.

Although popularity continues to grow over the years, Coin isn’t somewhere to stay if you want an action-packed holiday. Holidaymakers are attracted as it offers somewhere that is peaceful and pretty, has lots of ancient buildings to look, yet isn’t too far away from the livelier resorts. Coin has many citrus groves growing in the region, this is due to the very fertile land in which surrounds it.

Owner's Tips...

The lively market town of Coín is about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find a very good selection of shops, bars and resturants.The immediate surroundings of the villa are very good for hikers and bird watchers and there are also some good quality golf courses nearby as well as riding stables.

The Costa del Sol is about 25 minutes away my car with the resorts of both Fuengirola and Marbella within easy striking distance.

If you prefer the peace and tranquillity of Andalucia then there is much to explore with some lovely countryside and traditional "pueblos blancos" all a short drive away.
