Facilities include jacuzzi, hammocks, Sky satellite TV, plasma screens, private aircon in each room, just under 600m² of living area with 8 bedrooms, 2 spacious lounges, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, and further patio area and terraces, and 2000 m² of gardens with lawn, ponds and rare plants.

Initially designed for the Swedish Embassador, Villa Panorama was built to the highest standards with absolute privacy, top security and luxury fittings.

You too can now relax in the landscaped and picturesque gardens with ponds and cascading water feature, enjoy the heated pool with in-water colored lighting, have a siesta in the hammocks or in the jacuzzi. Then watch TV on one of the two large plasma screens, or admire the most spectacular views over the bay of Malaga from the lounge while sipping your Rioja. You will rarely experience such combination of luxurious and private holiday.

Inside the villa you will find 8 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 huge lounges, other utility rooms, and over 100m² of terrace and covered patio. All rooms enjoy private air conditionning. There is also a double garage and ample parking space for up to 6 cars.

Access from the airport and to amenities and leisure is excellent: Less than 15 minutes from Malaga Airport, 5mn to the beach, 5mn to golf course, 5 mn to shopping and restaurants, and less than 20mn into Malaga centre. Marbella is within 30mn by the motorway.

About Torremolinos, Costa del Sol

Probably unfairly well known for it's reputation in the 1960's as the first real destination on the Costa del Sol to really take off. And why did everyone flock there? The answer is probably the beach. Miles and miles of sandy beach means you don't have to feel cramped and you can find your own little patch to soak up the sun.

If you want to do some shopping, then head for Calle de San Miguel, which is where it all happens. Here you will find an array of shops to work your way through, plus some café's and bars to rest tired feet. Don't be afraid to explore Torremolinos, off the beaten track you can still find memories of years ago, believe it or not it wasn't always full of hotels and apartment blocks.

Owner's Tips...

The villa is located a short drive from the Parador Malaga del Golf (27 holes all in all ; 18 holes, Par 72 ).

Torrequebrada Golf is also a 10mn drive away, and Miraflores Golf Club less than 15mn away.
