This lovely private semi detatached villa with small private pool and high walls ensuring privacy, is a lovely place to spend your holiday.

Villa Rebecca Maria benefits from two bedrooms, one double, one twin. It has air-conditioning in the main bedroom and ceiling fans in all other rooms.

Satelite TV, DVD and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker.

Lovely wicker terrace furniture situated on a large front terrace and mosquito nets throughout. Private pool 5 x 3 metres and lovely terracing surrounding the pool. Roof terrace with garden patio furniture.

20 minutes walk to the golf club house, hotel and golf course.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

15 July - 5 September	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 September	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit is also due.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hair dressers.

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge).

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Murcia and Alicante airport 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
