Casa Lauren is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa, set on two levels with the entire upper level dedicated to a bedroom with ensuite and private roof terrace.

Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with patio doors leading to private terrace (first level) with views to the mountains. 2nd twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 3rd double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All beds with duvets and electric blankets for the winter. Towels and bed linen provided.

Fully furnished including ample garden furniture, 8 sun loungers and 6 garden chairs. Lovely BBQ & outside eating area. Private pool 7 x 4 metres

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Satellite TV with English channels. Air-conditioning,

Travel cot and highchair available at no extra cost.

Casa Lauren is approx 15 mins walk (1 mile approx) to the golf club house, hotel with restaurant, bar and health spa.

Holiday rental prices

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all travelling members will be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar, 15 min walk. Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe and health spa, 15 mins walk. Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive).

Murcia and Alicante airport 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
