About Neptuno Casa Salsa
Casa Salsa is a lovely detached 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with private pool, beautiful wooden decking and enclosed secure garden. The villa is set on two levels, with the entire top level being dedicated to a bedroom and bathroom with own private roof terrace.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 2 twin bedrooms, one on lower level, one on top level with private solarium both with their own bathrooms. Portable fans. 7/8 person on single air beds, or a double air bed. Towels and bed linen provided.
Fully furnished including ample garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, 2 single air beds for use inside or out, 6 garden chairs, occasional tables and gas BBQ. Beautifully finished wooden decked patio/BBQ area.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Lounge with ample seating, dining table, Satelite TV, DVD and air-conditioning (2 units). A selection of family/children DVD's
Private kidney shaped pool 6 x 3 metres. Set of quality golf clubs available free of charge. A travel cot is available free of charge, clients to supply linen.
Casa Salsa is about 15 minutes walk to the golf club house, hotel with restaurant and bar and health spa with superb menu del dias and occasional evening entertainment.

Price includes cleaning, linen and towels (not beach towels) and a welcome pack.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida
Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.
Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.
Owner's Tips
Abolut Camposol Golf resort
18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar. Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa - 15 mins walk. Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.
Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.
Murcia and Alicante airport 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.
Alicante airport - 1 hour 10 minutes
Hotel, restuarant, bar, cafe and health club - 15 mins walk
Golf club house with restuarant and bar - 15 mins walk.
Murcia (San Javier) 45 mins
Beaches - 15 minutes drive
Supermarket - 5 minutes drive
Restaurants and shops - 5 minutes drive
The local authority now provide public transport around the resort, which operates during the summer. A little train that runs from midday to midnight hourly approx (prices are 3 euros return as of 2011).
