About the property

Apartment Corgat is only a 8 minute walk from three brand new 5 star restaurants one of which is in the middle of a large lake, and five very highly exclusive bars (these are due to open in the future). The apartment is only 20 meters from the large quad complex pool and close to a small children play area. The apartment has views of the Jack Nicholas designed 18 hole golf course and surrounding mountain views.

Fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 2 single foldaway beds (suitable for children less than 12). Lovely designed bathroom with vanity unit.

Play station and ipod. Lounge with seating for 4, dining with seating for 6.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.

A few minutes walk to the communal pool. All linen and towels included except beach towels.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About La Torre Golf Resort

The prestige La Torre 5* resort hosts some of the best facilities around. Super quality restaurants, dine al la carte, to modern designed bars in the middle of the lake. (due to open in the future). The resort has villas and apartments built around many lakes and communal pools, and the Jack Nicklaus golf courses.

Currently there is a Spanish tapas bar, Italian restuarant, old fashioned style sports bar, supermarket, tennis courts, supermarket, health centre, golf course (18 holes) and further a la carte restaurant and tapas bar at the golf club house - all of these are open.

La Torre is just 15 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

Flights are to Murcia (15 minutes) or Alicante (45 minutes)
