About the property

Comfortably furnished bungalow with living area and fully equipped kitchen, outside covered utility area with washing machine and spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace complete with patio furniture, umbrellas and barbeque.

There is one double and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and a bed settee provides extra sleeping space. The bathroom has 4 piece suite and shower over the bath. Towels and beach towels are provided.

The property is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and satellite television.

To the front of the property is a veranda with table and chairs and parking.

There is a communal swimming pool and tennis court.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 1 people sharing.

A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking. The rental charge is fully inclusive of utilities and cleaning.

About Algorfa, Costa Blanca

Situated some 30 minutes from Alicante airport, Algorfa is a top destination for golf lovers, with many new courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by, many of which have the blue-flag rating, La Mata and Guardamar are particular favourites. Algorfa enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate and the region boasts many citrus groves, including orange and lemon as well as olive trees.

Owner's Tips...

The complex is quiet and relaxing and the roof terrace provides an excellent private space for sunbathing, catching the sun all day.

However there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. La Finca Golf is 5 minutes away and numerous other courses are easily accessible.

There is a bar a few minutes walk and a further short walk takes you to the Commercial area of La finca with
a supermarket, bars and restaurant.

Blue Flag beaches with dunes and forests are 15 minutes away in Guardamar.

There is a water park and numerous restuarants in Cuidad Quesada and Torrevieja provides plenty of beaches, shops, restuarants and leisure facilites. An hours drive north takes you to Benidorm and the picturesque village of Gaudalest.

Horse riding, quad biking and tennis are all available locally.
