These are two 3 bed, 3 bath villas next door to each other, sector C, just 10 minutes walk to the golf club house and hotel.
These are two identical spacious villas located together, both with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sharing a large private pool.
Above all, these villas are superbly located on C sector, the golf course sector, just 10 minutes walk to the golf club house and restaurant, with occasional flamenco evenings and also the new golf hotel with many facilities.
Some more restaurants and shops of the complex are within a 20 minute walk.
Each villa has an en-suite bedroom on the top level, with private patio doors leading to a roof terrace, with views across the Sierra Espuna mountain range. 2 twin bedrooms, one further family bathroom and a further shower room.
Dining area with dining table and seating for 6. Lounge with TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer.
Front terrace with garden furniture. Ample garden furniture in each villa. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
These villas really are superior and superb for two or three families wishing to holiday together but perhaps like their own private space at night.

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar - 10 mins walk.
Hotel, bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hairdressers - 10 mins walk.
Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 12 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.
Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park.
Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.
Murica and Alicante airports, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins.
Serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
