About the property

These are two 3 bed, 3 bath villas situated just 2 minutes walk apart on the same road on sector C, just 5 minutes walk to the golf club house and hotel.

These are two identical spacious villas located 1-2 minutes walk apart, both with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sharing a large private pool. One of the plots is 500m2, with a large private pool L shape with roman steps and lighting. The other villa is on a plot of 250m2.

Above all, these villas are superbly located on C sector, the golf course sector, just 5 minutes walk to the golf club house and restaurant, with occassional flamenco evenings and also the new golf hotel with many facilities.

Some more restaurants and shops of the complex are within a 20 minute walk.

Each villa has an en-suite bedroom on the top level, with private patio doors leading to a roof terrace, with views across the Sierra Espuna mountain range. 2 twin bedrooms, one further family bathroom and a further shower room. 2 fold-away airbeds are available for the villa on the largest plot only.

Dining area with dining table and seating for 4/6. Lounge with TV.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer.

Front terrace with garden furniture. Ample garden furniture in each villa. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

The largest plot villa also has satellite TV and a washing machine, as well as TV in the double bedroom.

These villas really are superior and superb for two or 3 families wishing to holiday together but perhaps like their own private space at night.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 14 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week per villa, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. £150 refundable security deposit per week is required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

Hotel, bar, restaurant, cafe, health spa and hairdressers - 5 minsa walk.

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.
Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park.

Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Murica and Alicante airports, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins.

Serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
