About the property

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on a large corner plot with superb large pool. Fantastically located on the Golf Sector of Camposol Golf, just 5 minutes walk to the golf club house hotel with many facilities, including a superb restaurant with regular theme nights, and 20 minutes to many more restaurants on the resort.

Fully furnished for 8 persons, double bedroom on lower level, with TV and video. 2 further bedrooms each with 2 single beds, one on the top level with with private solarium and views to mountains, and one on the lower level. 2 bathrooms and a further shower room. 2 further single foldaway air beds. All linen and towels included except beach towels. Heating and duvets.

Satellite TV (32 inch LCD flat screen) with over 200 channels in lounge with DVD player. Beautiful wooden dining table with seating for 6 and an additional table with 4 chairs if required. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and throughout and heating for the winter. There is also a portable air-conditioning unit which you can move around.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, Zanussi oven and ceramic hob, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, George Foreman grill, and smoothie maker.

BBQ, patio furniture, 4 sun loungers, 24 garden chairs and 4 tables. Gardens with orange trees, palm trees and many shrubs. A fantastic L shaped pool approx 8 metres in length down one side, and 7 metres the other, with roman steps and seating inside it with lighting, and illuminated at night. Raised walls with decorative tiles.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar - 5 mins walk.

Hotel with bar, restaurant, cafe, and health spa @ 5 mins walk.

Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive).

Murcia and Alicante airport (50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins) serviced by low cost airlines (transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday). Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.
