About the property

Apartment Preston is only 50 meters from the communal pool and the fairway. Fully air-conditioned with central heating for the winter months.

1 double bedroom and 1 twin, both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to private terraces viewing over to the town centre. All linen and towels included except beach towels. A travel cot is also available. Lovely designed bathroom with vanity unit.

Lounge with seating for 4, 32 inch plasma screen, TV, DVD, stereo system, video player and a few videos and games. Dining with seating for 4, patio doors from the dining area to a terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine. All cutlery and cooking utensils.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

About La Torre golf

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

15 mins from San Javier airport. 40 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia city.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.

The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
