About the property

Villa Krisana is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom villa. Very spacious, private pool, with views onto the mountains in the backdrop. The garden has an area laid to lawn, as well as a covered outside eating and BBQ area of some 18'. Plenty of outside space to enjoy your evenings and the sun!

Villa Krisana sleeps 6/7 people, with large spacious terraces as well as a private garden and a swimming pool. There are 3 twin bedrooms, one en-suite, and a further foldaway bed that can fit into the bedrooms. The main en-suite room beds can be pushed together to form a double bed with double bed linen provided.

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

WIFI Internet available (laptop, and purchase of voucher required). IPOD docking station, and memory stick are also in situ.

The lounge boasts a 32 inch flat screen TV, supplemented with a further 20 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

A travel cot and highchair are available.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 7 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £200 security deposit will be required, and the passport details of all persons travelling must be provided.

Price includes a basic welcome pack, linen and towels, and a clean of the villa before you arrive and after you leave.

About El Valle Golf and Area

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
