Balcony with fantastic views. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and everything you need. Dining room with chimney and sofa-bed, table and 4 chairs.

At the ground floor you will enjoy a big private garden with views all around the golf area. At the front door you can enjoy the front garden. All around the house its plenty of flowers and grass. As well you can use the swimming-pool, paddle and tennis, social club with a restaurant and the changing and toilet area.

If you have a car, you have the perfect place to leave it because you will enjoy a subterranean parking and private area which is closed just for you to keep your car.

There are horses, swimming pools, aquatic clubs,,, lots of fun!!!. At about 15 kilometres away there´s the aquatic park called "Cartaya aquatic park". "You won´t forget your holidays here".
